9/10/14: Disney Junior's Pirate and Princess Toys

Disney Junior has so many great shows.  "Sofia the First" and "Jake and the Never Land Pirates" rank among the top preschool programs in Kids 2-5, with "Sofia the First" ranking as the #1 series overall in Girls 2-5.  They have so many cool toys.  We received some for review so my kids tried them out.  Here Lauren poses with all of her Sofia and friends new dolls.
First I will start with some of the cool Sofia the First toys.  This is the Sofia the First 2-in-1 Costume Surprise.  She is dressed in a beautiful dress that transforms.  Great for roll play for little ones.
With just a small switch on her back she transforms from a girl princess to a swan princess.  The arms go up and down to make the transformation complete.  It also comes with a glitter eye mask with wand handle.  Lauren thought she was really pretty and liked her dress.  She called it her wedding dress.
Here she is as packaged.  Suggested retail is $14.99.  What an adorable doll for your daughter or a great gift for a birthday party.
Then there is the traditional Sofia the First Small Doll.  She has her beautiful purple dress and a lovely crown.
She is really beautiful and Lauren was having fun playing with her.  She is a mini doll and perfect for little hands.
Here she is as packaged.  Suggested retail is $9.99.
Another set of dolls that are adorable is the Sofia the First Royal Sleepover Dolls.  This set comes with three dolls.
Sofia, Ruby and Jade are ready for a sleepover.  They come with tiaras, sleep masks, blanket, pillow and even hair clips.
Lauren was enjoying getting them ready for their sleepover.
They even fell asleep and didn't stay up all night.
Here it is as packaged.  The suggested retail is $19.99.
Now for the Jake and the Never Land Pirates toys.  Here is Jake's Battle at Shipwreck Falls toy.  This is a really cool play set for younger kids but Evan had fun showing me how it worked.
It is really easy for kids to use and comes with Jake and a mummy that can duel.
As a figure falls through the secret trap door the waterfall turns and you can find the treasure.  It is very interactive.  Here is Evan having them duel it out.  The eyes in the skull light up as they duel.
Here you can see the eyes lit up.
Lauren decided to get in on the action too.  It has 25 sounds and phrases.  This is a perfect play toy for kids three and up.
Here it is as packaged.  Suggested retail price is $50.
Here is Submarine Bucky's Never Sea Adventure.  Bucky instantly transforms in to a submarine with a pull up on the periscope.  There are also 3 projectiles that you can shoot out.  It also has a small Jake character and a squid.
Evan was opening all the compartments to reveal the treasure inside.  As it rolls the fins move.
Here it is as packaged.  It retails for $30.
Look for these great products at your local toy stores or online.
